DOPPELGANGER REWORK

Doppelganger now starts every 2 hours.

A long-standing Mine spawn issue has been resolved.

Pandora Mines will no longer spawn in locations that players cannot reach or collect from.

  • Removed inaccessible Mine spawn locations.
  • All newly spawned Mines can now be reached and collected.

No more unreachable Mines and no more lost rewards.

More improvements are already in development.

Starting today, Auto Helper is officially disabled inside Valley of Loren (Castle Deep) during Castle Siege events.

Castle Siege is not a farming zone. It is a battlefield of strategy, coordination and raw control. No automation. No passive advantage. Only real-time reactions, real decisions and real guild dominance.

This change ensures a fully competitive and skill-based CS experience.

On January 8, 2026, MU will undergo an important technical maintenance and migration to a new platform.

What to expect

  • Start time: 13:00 (server time)
  • Estimated duration: up to 3 hours
  • Temporary downtime: the game may be inaccessible for part of the maintenance
  • Disconnects: intermittent disconnects may occur throughout the day

Why this matters

This migration is a major step toward a more stable, scalable, and future-proof MU infrastructure. All full backup copies are being prepared in advance, and a client update will also be required after the maintenance.

Devil Square Entry Update — Reset-Based Brackets

To ensure fair competition and stable gameplay on MU, Devil Square entry is now organized by Reset brackets.

What changed?

  • Devil Square is divided by Reset ranges, from 0 up to 200 Resets.
  • Each Devil Square admits up to 15 players per Reset bracket.
  • This structure is optimized for a high-reset server environment.

What stays the same?

  • Event mechanics and scoring remain unchanged.
  • Rewards remain unchanged.
  • Only player distribution logic has been adjusted.

⚔️ Blood Castle Update — New Entry System

Due to a growing player population and a strong influx of new adventurers, we have updated how Blood Castle entry groups are formed.

🔄 What Changed?

Blood Castle entry is now split by Reset count instead of Level. This approach is far more accurate and fair on a high-reset server environment.

  • Each Blood Castle instance allows up to 20 players per Reset bracket
  • Competition is now balanced between players of similar progression
  • No more mixed low-reset vs high-reset imbalance
🎁 Rewards & Rules

Event mechanics, objectives, and rewards remain exactly the same. Only the entry logic has been improved.

⚠️ Important Notice

If you are unable to enter Blood Castle, you must fully close the game. A client update is required — simply relogging is not enough.

These changes ensure fair competition, smoother gameplay, and a better experience for both new and veteran players.

Player Identity Protection Added

Player Identity Protection Feature

To safeguard your in-game identity, we have introduced a new automatic system for character names. This prevents creating nicknames that are too similar to other players or staff accounts, eliminating confusion or impersonation.

  1. Automatic Detection: The server now automatically blocks nicknames resembling other players or staff accounts.
  2. Staff-Only Names: Only official staff may have reserved nicknames. Attempts by players to use similar names will be denied.
  3. Identity Protection: This system ensures fairness in PvP and general gameplay by maintaining unique identities for all characters.
  4. Support Verification: Any disputes are resolved through staff review and support ticket verification within 30 days of character creation.

We care about your identity. Play safely, knowing your nickname is protected!
